Is the Free tier really free forever?→
Yes. No ads, no watermark, no credit card. We make money from Pro / Pro+ subscriptions and a tiny payment-processing margin when diners pay by card — never from the food sale itself.
Do you take a commission on orders?→
No. 0% commission on order value, locked policy. Bars keep 100% of what diners pay for the food.
Can I switch tiers anytime?→
Yes. Upgrade unlocks features instantly. Downgrade keeps your existing toggles on (grandfathered) — you just can't turn new ones on without upgrading again.
Do you charge per scan or per dish?→
No. Subscriptions are flat — €0, €19, or €39 per month. AI features (OCR, translate, allergens) are bundled with a generous daily quota that 95% of bars never hit.
What about VAT?→
Prices above are net. Spanish VAT (21%) applies for venues based in Spain; EU reverse-charge for the rest of the EU; VAT-free outside the EU.
